Many precious and semi-precious stones are found on this Earth. Stones naturally possess inherent powers. It is a separate matter that some stones command a very high price simply because they are available in extremely limited quantities, while others are not as rare and, therefore, do not carry such a high monetary value. However, there is no correlation between a stone's availability or price and its miraculous powers. Even an inexpensive stone possesses the capacity to transform one's life in a positive manner; conversely, wearing a very expensive stone—or what we typically refer to as a gemstone does not necessarily guarantee that one will derive any benefit from it. The most crucial factor is that any gemstone must be in harmony with one's personal life cycle; only then can it effectively channel positive energy into one's life.
There are certain gemstones that are quite inexpensive yet offer benefits comparable to those of costly gems. Fundamentally, the objective of wearing any gemstone is to amplify the positive influence of auspicious planets. However, there are also specific gemstones—such as the Sulemani Akik—that, when worn, can mitigate or neutralize the adverse effects of malefic planets. According to traditional beliefs, individuals who are struggling to achieve success in life—or those who face recurring obstacles due to the influence of malefic planets such as Rahu, Ketu, Mars, or Saturn—should certainly consider wearing a Sulemani Akik at least once to experience its effects. I have personally observed that for some individuals, the Sulemani Akik proves to be so profoundly effective that it completely transforms their lives. However, it is also true that not everyone is guaranteed to derive a full 100 percent benefit from wearing it. However, in most cases, it is observed that this gemstone invariably demonstrates positive effects. Individuals whose planetary alignments at the time of birth are particularly adverse or inauspicious may take a little longer to perceive its effects, but the benefits are nonetheless certain.
Why is Sulemani Akik Worn?
While Sulemani Akik offers numerous benefits, it is worn specifically to alleviate financial scarcity. Sulemani Akik also neutralizes the effects of black magic and occult rituals. It possesses the power to nullify even ordinary tantric practices. For those experiencing repeated failures in life, Sulemani Akik proves to be a highly effective gemstone. It boosts self-confidence, offers protection against enemies, brings about social respect, and improves health. Since Sulemani Akik is a semi-precious stone (Up-ratna), it can be worn by anyone; moreover, it fits comfortably within everyone's budget. In a way, it functions much like an Ayurvedic remedy. While the magnitude of the benefit may vary, it poses absolutely no risk of harm. It can be worn by women and children as well.
Identifying a High-Quality Sulemani Akik
Generally, a Sulemani Akik that is deep black in color and features fine, hair-like white lines is considered to be of the highest quality. Visually, it should appear smooth and lustrous. Gemstones that are pitted, uneven, or irregular in shape are not considered to be of good quality. The lines present on the stone should be consistent and uniform on both sides. These lines should not be broken in the middle, nor should they be excessively broad or scattered.
In Which Form Should It Be Worn?
Ideally, the Sulemani Akik (Black Agate) should be worn as a locket or a bracelet whenever possible. However, it can also be worn as a ring. In that case, however, the weight of the gemstone should be kept under 15 carats. If worn as a ring, its weight may range from 7 to 15 carats. For a ring, the middle, ring, or little finger of the right hand is considered the most auspicious. If you choose to wear the Sulemani Akik as a locket or a bracelet, it should weigh at least 15 carats or more. This ensures that you derive the maximum benefit from it. As for the metal setting, the Sulemani Akik should ideally be set in an alloy of two metals. It is considered most effective when set in bronze or Panchdhatu (a five-metal alloy). If this is not feasible, it may also be set in silver or gold.
How and During Which Auspicious Time Should It Be Worn?
Friday is considered the most auspicious day to wear the Sulemani Akik. Additionally, it may also be worn on a Wednesday or a Saturday. Before wearing the ring, locket, or bracelet, it should be cleansed using raw milk or Gangajal. For specific details regarding the auspicious timing (Muhurat), please contact the organization.
