Description
First, the client's situation is assessed—specifically, their current circumstances and whether they are in a position to make major structural changes to the home. In some cases, a house may have significant Vastu defects that can only be remedied by removal; however, if such structural changes are not feasible, alternative solutions are suggested. The aim is to implement remedies based on the existing setup so that the homeowner does not face an additional financial burden.
The following aspects are addressed during a home Vastu visit:
- In the first phase, the energy of the land and its auspicious or inauspicious nature are evaluated. If the house is already built, the energy of the underlying land is assessed first. An examination of whether the construction aligns with Vastu principles is conducted only after confirming that the land's energy is positive. If the land's energy is not positive, measures are taken to rectify it first; the remedies suggested for this are exclusively Vedic and prove to be highly effective.
- A detailed floor plan of the house is prepared to obtain precise information regarding directions.
- A report is generated identifying the causes of any energy imbalances within the home.
- The home's Vastu layout is cross-referenced with the problems being experienced to facilitate the selection of appropriate remedies.
- If necessary, rituals for land purification are recommended.
- The placement of the kitchen, staircase, toilets, Brahmasthan (central zone), prayer room, master bedroom, and parking area is verified based on the positioning of the 45 Devatas (deities) associated with the land.
- The auspiciousness or inauspiciousness of colors and symbols within the home is assessed, and recommendations are made to arrange them in accordance with Vastu principles.
- A comprehensive report is prepared regarding the compliance of all structural elements with Vastu Shastra. Buildings can have two types of Vastu defects: serious defects and minor defects. Immediate rectification is advised for serious defects, whereas remedies for minor defects are designed so that structural removal is not required.
